Hop Haus Brewing Company is a brewery, tasting room and restaurant in Fitchburg, conveniently located between a thriving business park and residential neighborhoods. The exterior design focuses on the customer experience, with multiple outdoor patio spaces and views across the community, The transition between interior and exterior is heightened by the reclaimed wood canopy walls that project out from the building. The interior is a mix of old world style with an eclectic hint of modern design. Exposed structure and duct work is accented by brick walls and natural barn wood veneer. The hostess and merchandise station is a fun use of old Wisconsin license plates donated by customers for a truly unique look, tying the customer to the brewery experience.
